On Jan. 6, security officers at saw Gasiorowski walk into the store with a shopping cart and Kohl’s shopping bag, place a bottle of Crew conditioner in the cart and walk around the store. After awhile, he abandoned the cart and bag, and tried to conceal the bottle of conditioner in his jacket sleeve.

Gasiorowski then walked out of the store with the bottle and was confronted by the security officers. Although he had $10 with him, Gasiorowski told them the product cost $11.49 and he knew he didn’t have enough to pay for it so he decided to steal it.
