Man Caught Selling Pills to Police Informant

Suspect is already facing drug charges in Milwaukee County and $70,000 in fines for trying to sell five Percocet pills.

A Sussex man is facing charges after he was caught selling pills to a police informant.

Cord E. Grady, 28, was charged in Wednesday with one count of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place, one count of felony bail jumping and one count of bail jumping. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison and $70,000 in fines.

On Dec. 15, Grady agreed to sell a police informant five Percocet pills for $100. The deal took place at Grady’s apartment in the W24200 block of Main Street while officers surveyed the deal.

Grady is currently facing two other drug in Milwaukee County. He’s out of custody and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
