Schieble and a friend showed up at the victim’s apartment early Friday morning and began walking past her patio and then tried to open her front door. When he failed to get the door open, he tried to climb up her balcony to her patio door.

The complaint states the victim, who had broken up with Schieble after the last incident, let him and his associate into the apartment, but he began making derogatory remarks toward one of her friends, who had been there with the victim and then left.

The victim told Schieble he needed to leave, but he refused, walked over to a chair she was sitting in, pushed down on it and told her even though they broke up, they needed to remain friends. She then pushed him back, causing him to get agitated, so he put her in a headlock, threw her on the floor and bit her nose.

Schieble is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
