Drug Dealer Caught at Sussex Village Park

The suspect from Lannon allegedly sells drugs in Sussex Village Park along with the parking lot of a Delafield grocery store.

A 24-year-old Lannon man is facing charges after he was caught allegedly selling pills to a police informant in Sussex and Delafield.

Terrance T. Freher was charged in Wednesday with three counts of delivery of a schedule I or II narcotic and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. If convicted, he faces up to 48 ½ years in prison and $160,000 in fines.

On May 26, 2011, an informant working with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit set up a deal with Freher, who agreed to sell the informant Oxycodone pills at . The informant met Freher at the park and the deal took place.

On Sept. 29 and Oct. 10, the informant set up two more deals with Freher at Pick ‘n Save, 3161 Village Square Drive, Delafield, where he again sold the informant Oxycodone pills.

Freher was interviewed by investigators on Feb. 15, where he admitted to selling the drugs, saying he did so to support his own habit.

He will make his initial appearance in court Aug. 13.
