Indecent Exposure in McDonald's Parking Lot Leads to Charges

A 19-year-old Lannon man already charged with sexual assault of a child and exposing a child to harmful materials is in trouble again after authorities say he masturbated in a McDonald’s parking lot.

Corey M. Lapp, was charged Friday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior. If convicted, he faces up to three years and nine months in jail, and $20,000 in fines.

Lapp was released from jail Tuesday on $1,000 bail. He pleaded not guilty to the incident on Friday and waived his preliminary hearing. He is scheduled to return to court May 13.

Waukesha police officers were dispatched to McDonald’s, 1425 S. West Ave., on March 4 after a woman reported seeing the man’s genitals after she parked her car. She told police he was watching her as he masturbated, according to the criminal complaint.

Police stopped Lapp on April 11 after matching a partial license plate with the vehicle description. His vehicle also matched the surveillance footage at the fast food restaurant and he matched the description provided by the woman who saw him in the parking lot, according to the complaint.

Lapp admitted to being at McDonald’s on March 4, the complaint states.
