Hamilton Student Charged for Punching Classmate
Suspect hit the student for telling on him for smoking, and he told a sheriff's deputy he would do it again because his classmate snitched on him.
A student is facing charges after he allegedly punched another student in the face who told on him for smoking.
Patrick L. Green, 17, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 90 days in prison and $1,000 in fines.

Green punched the other student in the face Friday after he told a teacher Green was smoking during class time. He then admitted to a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy to hitting the victim for snitching on him, and also said “this was not over” and he would do it again.
