A 27-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing charges after he tried making his way back into a Sussex apartment after being escorted out by police.
Joseph J. Jubeck was charged in Monday with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
On Sunday, Waukesha County sheriffs deputies were called to an apartment in the N6000 block of Maple Avenue after Jubeck refused to leave an apartment. A deputy noticed Jubeck appeared intoxicated and escorted him outside.
...the deputy was called back a short time later after Jubeck went back to the apartment and began banging loudly at the door and swearing.
Jubeck had a blood alcohol level of 0.33 and was advised by the deputy to not drive, but he was allowed to go free. However, the deputy was called back a short time later after Jubeck went back to the apartment and began banging loudly at the door and swearing.
He’s currently free on a $500 signature bond while awaiting trial.
