Driver Blows Through Red Light, Good Samaritan Calls Police
29-year-old woman issued three municipal citations for operating while under the influence, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and for violating the traffic signal.
An good Samaritan may have helped nab a intoxicated driver in Sussex late last month, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
The eyewitness, according to the department, saw a vehicle run a red light at Highway 164 and Main Street at about 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 29.
"The witness continued to follow the vehicle and observed numerous other traffic violations including traveling northbound on Highway 164 in the southbound lane," said department spokesman Steve Pederson.

The caller told the dispatcher the license plate and the driver was eventually stopped at Hillside and Micah roads in the Town of Lisbon.
