Ronald Outcelt, of Sussex, 75, passed away peacefully on August 23 surrounded by his wife Joyce (nee Belk), daughter Denise (Shawn) McCarney and son Ron. Proud grandpa of Isaac and Marissa McCarney. Loving brother of Gloria (Bob) Cupp. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jerry and Dale, and sister Jean.
Ron was born on June 16, 1937 in La Crosse, WI. He served in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1959. He worked 40 years for Light Unlimited as warehouse foreman and also drove truck.
Visitation on Tuesday, August 28 at the FUNERAL HOME from 5PM until time of Funeral Service at 7PM. Burial will take place on Wed., Aug. 29 at 10AM at Lisbon Central Cemetery. Please meet at FUNERAL HOME at 9:30AM for procession. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ron’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association or American Cancer Society are greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank Dr. Harvey Bernstein, Dr. Packman, Dr. Franczak, and Aurora VNA Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Ron.
