Obituary: Lorraine E. Lowy

Lowy, Lorraine E. (Nee Hoover) Passed away peacefully, Friday, January 18, 2013, age 92 of Sussex, formerly of Barrington, IL and Edina, MN. Beloved wife of the late Paul R., loving Mother of Nancy (Gabriel J.) Kolesari, Sussex and James P. Lowy, Lakeville, MN. Proud grandma of Gabriel P. (Angela) Kolesari and Tracy (Aaron) Dow, both of Sussex. Great-grandma of Matthew and MacKenzie Kolesari and Ryan, Hunter and Andrew Dow. Preceded in death by her sister Ruth A (nee Hoover) Peirce. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends.

Services will be held at Sussex United Methodist Church, N63 W23523 Main Street, Sussex, WI, Sunday, January 27, at 3:00PM. The family would like everyone to join them for fellowship after the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sussex United Methodist Church Kitchen Fund or Susan G. Koman for the Cure. Lorraine was a 50 + year member of the Order of Eastern Star, Moorhead, MN. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN, on Friday, Feb. 1, at 12 noon.
