Apparently someone in New Jersey is considered a "local voice."

If I had decided to major in art at Camden County Community College, I would want someone else to pay for it too. After all, how could I afford to live with THAT decision?

Randy, Then government should pay for our business expenses. If some kid wants to risk our money on a major in art that will take him nowhere, then the kid who wants to have government pay for him to start a hotdog stand deserves to have the government pay for that too. Both involve risks and are investments in their future. The only fair thing to do is have people take the responsibility for the risk upon themselves. The truth is that most people do not actually go into and stay in the field that they studied in undergraduate school. They must accept responsibility for that investment.

http://pellgrantqualifications.net/pell-grant-qualifications/ Someone asked for the qualifications. I put myself through 25 years in the military, earned the benefits to receive schooling at a reduced cost because of sacrifices me and my family have made for this country. The reason I bring this up is most countries require you to do a stint in the military (Italy, France, Russia, etc) here it is voluntary; you want free or reduced schooling costs join the military, otherwise accept responsibility for yourself and your station in life and find a way to get what you want, but don't make me pay to school you. If I get to pay for your schooling then I get to choose the field you go into, no liberal arts degrees you're going into manufacturing or other trades that once made this country great. The collapse at the end of the Bush presidency was at the hands of a Democratic Congress/Senate - gridlocked to ensure Obama would get elected.
