Sussex Week Ahead: Lisbon/Sussex Merger Meeting and Easter Events

Public Forum on Lisbon Lannon Merger

The Town of Lisbon has scheduled a public forum meeting regarding its future, and more specifically, . The public forum is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Richmond Fire Station (N54W26455 Lisbon Road), and attendees can weigh in on whether or not the Lisbon Town Board should consider a merger. Weigh in on the decision and vote in the poll.

Sensenbrenner's Office Hours at Village Hall

Congressman Sensenbrenner will hold office hours at the Village Hall's lower level at 2:15pm on Thursday. The meeting length is dependent upon the number of people who attend, but will not last longer than 30 minutes. Swing by for a visit to let him know what's on your mind.

No Classes at Hamilton

Student and the  must have a smile on their faces. Friday is Good Friday meaning there are no classes the entire day. In addition, classes will be canceled all next week.

Easter Eggstravaganza Event

Easter "Eggstravaganza" is an annual event shared between Sussex and Lisbon on the Saturday before Easter Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at the Lisbon Community Park (N78W26970 Bartlett Parkway). There will be candy and treats for the little visitors and photos with an Easter bunny. In addition, the event is outdoors, so make sure to dress for the weather.
