Everyone can recall the protests happening in Madison during March. Protesters were angry after Senate Republicans passed a bill stripping public employee unions of most collective bargaining rights. Well, this video showed the true chaos in the capitol that made national news.

Man Arrested in Sussex for Fifth OWI While Driving 10 MPH

Some people never learn, and some people have serious problems. Either way, this Hartland man was stopped in Sussex for his fifth time while driving under the influence of alcohol. While the man said he was driving extra slow because of the slippery streets, police weren't fooled.

VIDEO: Young Performers Shine in a 'Tribute to Rock'

Local students from Sussex and other Milwaukee communities performed songs from Madonna, Michael Jackson and more at the Marcus Center during their "Tribute to Rock" concert show. The team consists of 28 students in 7th through 12th grades.

Sips n Strokes Opens in Sussex

Sussex reisents grabbed a cocktail and a paintbrush in March while visiting the then-new Sips n Strokes. The idea behind the business is to give people who enjoy art, but may have never tried it before, a chance to create their own painting in a couple of hours. The business is still open and thriving!

Hamilton Math Curriculum Gets a $195,000 Upgrade

Students became more prepared in 2011 when the Hamilton School Board approved spending nearly $200,000 on changes to kindergarten through 12th grade math curriculum. Now it provides more rigor to advanced and proficient students while providing more assistance to basic level students.

Sussex and Menomonee Falls residents dug out their houses and driveways yet again after the storm dumped wet, heavy snow instead of rain on the area. Shouldn't it have been time for April showers?
