Waukesha Metal Product Adding Certificate Program

The program will allow students to earn a high school diploma with a number of certificates as well as college credits.

Waukesha Metal Product is adding another classroom in Sussex for its advanced manufacturing certificate program, reported the BizTimes.

The programming will add between 600 and 800 square feet to the building and will begin fall of 2014.

The program would allow students to earn a high school diploma with technical certificate of distinction, a youth apprentice certification, a Manufacturing Skills Standard Council high level technician certificate, SolidWorks essentials certificate and transcripted credits from the technical college system.

Waukesha Metal Products began as a small tool and die shop in Waukesha back in 1971. The plant moved to Sussex in 1997.Β
