For the 54th annual show, the Antique Power Association plans a huge event at Sussex Village Park over the weekend.

Take a step back in time this weekend at the 54th annual Threshing Bee and Antique Engine Show at .

The massive yearly event, put on by the Sussex Antique Power Association, draws more than 4,000 people eager to check out the interesting steam-powered farming equipment of the 1920s. With more than 300 exhibits and machines to look at, the event spans over two days for Sussex-area families to enjoy.

The show runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at the park, but there’s more to do than peruse old farm equipment. The organization is bringing in vendors with arts and crafts, antiques and food. From homemade ice cream to farm-style meals, residents can eat like they’re back home on the farm.
