Wish they would offer this to anyone - I have severe arthritis and I'm in my 40's. Low impact exercise would help me a lot and I'd rather be with somebody that could show me how to do it right.

I am 33 I have similar issues to you. They let me sign up. Shame on Patch saying this is free and 55 and up although they don't know better on 55 and up as it was advertised that way everywhere I saw it for 55 and up. But again I am 33 they let me sign up. If you are younger than 55 and have medical issues I would inquire about signing up.

sign up deadline for this session is past but they always have new sign ups. Look or ask at sussex library if they have a publication called The Center of Attention from the community center, or community center also has them up front. This is where info on classes like this is found. or check the website.

This low impact aerobics class for $15 mondays and wednesdays ($30 if you want both days) and $20 for yoga on Fridays if you are a resident of Sussex, I think they actually go by if you are in Hamilton School district not if you have a sussex address...seems that is what they told me. Their booklet states 55 and up but they allowed me with health problems into the groups. They even said my sister who is healthy and in her 20's could sign up if she paid for the class...so really this is not 55 and up they are just saying that I guess. The yoga class is quite full already and not much room for more people with mats in that room. I think they should have yoga twice a week because it is so very crowded!

Also as far as the class being "FREE" you can sign up for a scholarship, ask at the office for a form, if you are low enough income you can get as much as $225 a year (that is the maximum amount you can get) toward classes there.
