What's Cooking at Sofia's: Sofia's Spicy Wings

This is a recipe everyone usually loves and I guess I am well known for!

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds of wings
2 sticks of melted butter
6 cloves of minced garlic
A handful of minced, dried red chilly peppers
3 soup spoons of lemon juice
1 soup spoon of kosher sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the wings and dry them.
  2. In a bowl mix all other ingredients.
  3. Spread the wings in an oven-safe dish and brush the sauce over them.
  4. Put the tray inside the oven at 375° for about 15 minutes.
  5. Put the oven at low broil until wings are nice and golden - this can take 20 to 40 minutes, depending on each persons oven.

I'm always looking to try new recipes - Thanks so much for sharing so many good ones! Wondering if you have a tried and true recipe for Sangria?

Thanks Katie. Actually I will be posting mid-June a red sangria that has been a tradition in the family for many generations. Keep posted!
