Two members of the Carroll University art faculty had work accepted in the Continuum 2012 Exhibition at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The exhibition includes all media by alumni of the Department of Art and Design (formerly Visual Art) in celebration of the Peck School of the Arts’ 50th anniversary. Philip Krejcarek, professor of art, and Peggy Thurston Farrell, associate professor of art, both earned their Master of Fine Art degrees from UWM.
Continuum 2012 will be displayed Aug. 27 through Sept. 14 in both the Union Art Gallery and the Art Center Gallery. A closing reception will be Friday, Sept. 14, from 5-7 p.m. in the Union Gallery, and 7-9 p.m. in the Art Center Gallery.
The exhibition’s selection jury included Lee Ann Garrison, chair of the Department Art and Design, Kay Knight, associate professor in painting and drawing, and Molly Evans, Union Gallery director.
