All About Books: WWW Wednesday

Yes! I have met the challenge of posting three days in a row! The question now becomes: will I post a chapter of "All the Things We've Never Said" tomorrow and make it four days? You'll have to wait and see!

WWW Wednesday

What are you currently reading?

I'm currently reading Fifty Shades Freed, the final book in the Fifty Shades triology, Swings, Green Angel and Do You Have What It Takes?.

What did you just recently finish reading?

Julia's Child. It was cute! And a quick read.

What do you think you'll read next?

Insurgent! I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival!

What about you all?

I'm STILL working on 11/23/63 by Stephen King. I keep having to return it to the library because it has holds... 70 pages left! You know it's a good book if you are that determined to find out what happens. :) I've also recently read The Hunger Games and liked it.

I'm reading "The Physick of Deliverance Dane," and it's really good - a nice light read with good character development about a doctorate student with expertise in the Salem witch trials. She goes on a search for a rare book and discovers the original owner (from 1692) was tried and hung as a witch and is also ... her ancestor. Oh, and the witchcraft is real, but not done in a hokey kind of way.

Next up ... I don't know. I'm open to suggestions!

I really enjoyed "The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane!" The author just came out with a new one, actually. Ooooh, suggestions! The first that popped to mind is "The Night Circus" by Erin Morganstern.

I will check that one out. Thanks! The first book I read on my iPad was "The Historian," and it was slow going. Now I realize my snail's pace was more because the book wasn't very good to just being different on the iPad. Reading "Deliverance Dane" was fast!

May I suggest a local and independent author? :)
