Meet Hailey. Hailey is a sweet little puppy who has two broken leg bones from being accidentally dropped by her former owner. The previous owner could not afford the $3,500 surgery Hailey needed and surrendered her.

Dogs don't break legs by simply being dropped. I hope she has better luck with new owners who will appreciate the special love little pups have for good "moms" and "dads"!
