PHOTOS: 'We Did Build It' GOP Rally in Waukesha
U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch among those featured at conservative gathering.
On the same day that President Barack Obama made a campaign stop in Milwaukee, about 250 gathered at the Waukesha County Expo Center Saturday afternoon for "Yes, We Did Build It!" rally.
The events, sponsored by Citizens for Responsible Government, featured speeches from U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch, Joseph Bast, president of the Heartland Institute, and WTMJ-AM talk show host Charles Sykes.
The rally also featured testimonials from local business leaders.

Stephen Moore from the Wall Stree Journal and Fox News Channel also was a featured speaker, and he presented where Obama has led this country, and where it will go if he gets another term. It wasn't pretty.

The crowds reported at both rallys is incorrect - about 5,500 "filled" the summerfest grounds (based on arial views of the location and area estimates, not what was reported by those putting on the event), while 550 plus an overflow crowd (this was a ticketed event so the numbers are fairly accurate) filled the expo center to hear Sen. Johnson, etc.
