VIDEO CLIPS: Ping-Pong! .. Pong! .. Ping!!

For over two decades members of the Sussex Table Tennis Club have found at least one day per week to have fun keeping that aggravating little ping-pong ball from hitting the floor. You can join through the Parks-Rec Department.

In some ways, you get your exercise in table tennis by bending over and picking up ping-pong balls, or by running after wayward balls before they get lost. :-) It's often a non-contact sport -- no contact with the ping-pong ball, that is. :-)
Sometimes table tennis is viciously aggressive. Other times it's quite leisurely. And some volleys -- well they'd likely not be used as examples of big weight-dropping calorie burners. :-)
Helmets and eye protection are not worn in table tennis. Occasionally elbow and shin guards could be considered worthy accessories. :-)

Want to let off some steam? Work out some aggression? Can you imagine that a little ping-pong ball is your boss's head? Too short for volleyball? Too easily winded for real tennis? Why not try table tennis at the Youth Hall in Sussex on Thursday nights?!

If you and a buddy showed up for table tennis, how long do you think it would take the two of you to complete 20 consecutive hits of the ball without stopping? Wanna put a dollar on that? :-) Tell us in the comments.
