Quad Workers Charged After Sussex Bowl Brawl
One man punches his drunk co-worker because he's afraid he's going to get hit first. With blood all over his face, the victim recounted his story to police.
Two Quad/Graphics co-workers are facing charges after they got into a row at Sussex Bowl in January when one of the men thought the other was about to punch him.
Michael C. Dorn, 33, of Hartford and Gergory A. Zimdars, 49, of West Bend were charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, they each face up to 90 days in jail.
According to the criminal complaint:
At 2:25 a.m. Jan. 5, police were called to the Quad/Graphics parking lot where they found Dorn, drunk with blood all over his face. He told police he was drinking with co-workers at Sussex Bowl when Zimdars punched him in the face while walking outside.
Dorn said he had no idea why he was hit.
Police were called to the Quad/Graphics parking lot where they found Dorn, drunk with blood all over his face.
Zimdars told police he hadn’t been drinking, but Dorn had pushed another co-worker, so he went to go break up the fight. Dorn then got aggressive and raised his fists. Zimdars said he didn’t know if he was going to get punched, so he punched Dorn in the face three times.
Both men will make their initial appearance in court June 11.
