Park and Rec Board Meeting

The Parks and Recreation Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Sussex Community Center. Items discussed by the board will include tree preservation for KLM Machining's proposed building addition. The meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.  

Senior Advisory Committee Meeting

The Sussex Senior Advisory Committee will meet at 4 p.m. Monday, at the Sussex Community Center. Discussion will include plans for the 2012 senior picnic and use of senior trust fund money for community center flowers. The meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.

Family Story Time

Family Story Time will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Pauline Haass Public Library. Families can come and enjoy story time in a large group setting. The event is free and open to the public.

Sussex Patch's Office Hours

Every Wednesday, you can find me, Andy Ambrosius, at Starbucks on Main Street from 1-3 p.m. for"office hours." While it's not exactly my office, we can sip coffee and chat about anything you'd like: ideas for stories, Sussex Patch improvements, etc. So swing by and say "Hey!" I'll be the guy with the big Patch laptop.
