Sussex Teen Caught With Marijuana in Falls
Suspect, 19, faces felony drug charges after someone complains of a suspicious car parked outside their home.
A Sussex teenager is facing felony drug charges after he parked outside a Menomonee Falls residence too long in September.
Taylor C. Knapp, 19, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of second offense possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to three years and seven months in prison.
According to the criminal complaint:
On Sept. 26, Menomonee Falls police were called to a residence in the N8100 block of University Drive after a resident there reported a car was parked outside the house for a long period of time. The resident also noticed the person inside continued to turn the dome light on and off.
Officers discovered marijuana hidden inside binoculars in the car.
As an officer arrived, the driver immediately turn on the car’s headlights and began to drive away, but was pulled over by the officer.
Knapp was driving the car, and police search it with a K9 unit. Officers discovered marijuana hidden inside binoculars in the car.
He will make his initial appearance in court June 11.

LOL @ 4/20!
Just a question to the editor:
Why is a bowl of brussel sprouts in the photo? I guess binoculars and brussel sprouts are pretty close in the clip art selection list??

LOL! Craig! That's a bowl of raw marijuana before it's smoked. Hahahaha! It's not brussel sprouts.

Last time I checked brussel sprouts didn't have tiny orange hair-like structures growing out of them.

It's not like I have glaucoma, but I don't see the orange hairs.
After a closer look with bifocals, they would be pretty old brussel sprouts.
And Carl...last time you checked? ;-P

I was kidding Carl, it's cool that the Police Academy covered that too. If I was technologically enabled, I would upload a photo of brussel sprouts in the same type of bowl.
@Steve- some of them pictures look like they came from a litter box.

What I wonder is how "if convicted, he faces up to three years and seven months in prison" yet some many people get DWI and still allowed to drive? Also here's another one, since when did it become known at 420? Where have I been in the past... years? Went to an arts school in the early 90s, only last year did I ever hear about that expression.

Shocked- Shocked I tell you, a 19 year old caught with pot. Oh my god, the sky is falling, before you know it they will be drinking, and stealing cigarets from their parents. Next thing you know, Republicans will take over the state and cut taxes, starve old people and babies, and let people carry guns.............

marijuana would help so many people if only we weren't told lies about the plant. How many people die of alcohol a year and how many actual die or "overdose" on marijuana? None from marijuana and thousands from alcohol.. can you see that the government needs a way of killing people? marijuana isn't going to kill anybody but you can sure bet that the government will legalize something like cigarettes and alcohol to kill off people and keep something thats naturally, safe, and grown from the ground off the streets.
