Quad/Graphics Saw Profit Increase in Fourth Quarter
Even though sales were down, the company managed to have net earnings of $21 million.

Quad/Graphics Inc., based in Sussex, had a $21 million profit in the fourth quarter of 2012, reported the Business Journal of Milwaukee.
For the year, Quad/Graphics posted an a $87.4 million profit, a turnaround from a the $46.9 million loss in 2011.
In January Quad/Graphics announced that it had acquired Vertis for a net amount of $170 million.
