Vickie & Drew Dederich (Menomonee Falls) - My husband Drew and I met 40 years ago. It was love at first sight. We were 18 and 20 at the time. We married two years later and will be married 38 years in September. To say life has been a journey is an understatement. We have raised four wonderful daughters including one with cerebral palsy. This last year has been a huge trial for our marriage as I am fighting the side effects of cancer and my husband is fighting the effects rheumatoid arthritis has taken on his body. We have become each others best friends and have never lost our faith in God. Running a home daycare has become a challenge at times especially when I am recovering from yet another surgery but we have made it work. This morning one of my daycare parents had a picture of her little boy posted on facebook carrying his back pack with the caption " It makes dropping your children off at daycare easy when you know the people caring for them love them like their own" And we do.

Jill & Chris Lane (Sussex) - I married the boy next door. (Technically, he was across the street.) We’ve been married 16 years now but have known each other our entire lives. The picture I sent was taken by his mom, and is still my favorite shot of us together. Even now as a middle-aged couple we still share a similar sense of humor. Chris does a great job of taking care of me and our 11 year old daughter, and throughout all the highs and lows we’ve been right at each other’s side. We intend to keep going on the same way for the next 40 years... playing nicely and always sharing our crayons.

Jennifer & Matt Westrich (Sussex) - 16 wonderful years together after meeting at O'Danny's Pub on Water St. and still going strong. I am so lucky to have such a caring, intelligent, silly and most importantly a fantastic father to our one year old son, Collin.

Sofia Reino & Kevin Kinch (Sussex) - Kevin and I met at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. I was finishing my Architectural degree and he his Master in Industrial Design. At first I thought he was a snob and barely paid attention to him, yet two of our common friends had in their mind he had to connect somehow. After a while of getting to know each other, and after my weird food didn't scare him away, we got married in Portugal. Here we are today married for almost 17 years and with two wonderful daughters!

Kristin Loberg & Charles Andrychowicz (Sussex) - We met in high school and ended up dating 5 years after we graduated. He has a way of keeping me sane and smiling, no matter what the situation is! He is funny, faithful, affectionate, genuine, strong, honest, honorable, caring and every other wonderful thing you can think of. He is the greatest guy I know :)

Mitch & Kory Severson (Sussex) - We met in High School and married two years later. 5/3/1986. We just celebrated our 25th Anniversary. Why do I love him..? Because he bets me on the Superbowl a foot massage~knowing he's going to lose. LOL And because he's a good daddy and husband. We have three children~ 23, 20, 16. He loves me because he says I have beautiful eyes, take care of the family and make him dinner.

In lieu of Valentine's Day, Patch started a community photo gallery of a few lovebirds in Sussex and Menomonee Falls, and we want to hear who you think is the cutest.
