If there is any upside to the subprime mortgage crisis, it's the opportunity to find a cheap foreclosed home.

After a brief search through Aol Real Estate, we found these four foreclosed homes on the market in Sussex:

  • Bedrooms: 5
  • Bathrooms: 4
  • Size: 4,877 square feet

This home features a finished basement, cherry floors and granite countertops and a game room. The finished, walkout basement also features a bar. There’s even a large storage room underneath the garage. The property will be sold “as is.”

N63W23923 Terrace Drive - $199,900 (Condo)

  • Bedrooms: 3
  • Bathrooms: 3
  • Year Built: 2005

The price of this condominium was recently reduced, and was built less than 10 years ago. It’s a two-story condo with a fireplace and a bar.

W238N6921 Gale Drive - $194,900

  • Bedrooms: 3
  • Bathrooms: 2
  • Size: 1,252 square feet

Fellow Neighbor

Nice to know that a community news source is advertising foreclosed homes of their fellow neighbors, At Christmas time. My heart goes out to those losing their homes at this time. Once again the Patch is out of touch with it's readers. Maybe instead of offering $100,000 for the best decorated house at Christmas, they could think of a way to help the community it serves.
