No thanks. I like my 1300 sf ranch in the burbs that the wife and I and 2 kids live in and we are happy. No mortgage, no debt, and the taxes are low. The losers that build these giants and then walk away under bankruptcy now have us that have always been fiancially responsible bailing them out, thanks to our illustrious president.

Luckily my million dollar house is in the form of a 106 ft. yacht. However I get the occasional Somali pirates asking for a cup of sugar. That's the price I pay to getting to close. At least Iran leaves me alone when I go up in there.

Here is a bargain - because it was built like a barn - it lacks the closets and all private bathrooms - people with money don't share bathrooms.

8744 Lakeshore Dr. 3 stories, 39'10" to the peak! 7,000 sq. ft. Indoor pool and hot tub on the 3rd. floor deck. Great for scoring hotties. From 1M down to $475K

Of course, you have to live amongst the insufferable snobs of Carrol Beach. Property taxes of $1,200/month. HVAC bills of about $800/month - thanks to the industrial de-humidifier in the pool room.

You'll need to build closets because there are almost none. The previous owner was the builder - who was a Farmer. SO - while the third floor is all master bedroon, it has two side by side closets with sliding doors, 2 feet deep, enough for a Farmer, but not for people with money and clothes.

You can be the slumdog millionaire of Kenosha!

Now that is funny. And way too true. Cornfield castles owned by a bunch of wannabe's without a clue and are banking on the rest of us bailing them out when the money dries up. HA HA HA!
